P&C Minerals · Aswan, Egypt
Calcium carbonate and talc, engineered for consistency.
Uncoated ground calcium carbonate from the Eocene limestone of Beni Khaled and Samalout, Minya, and asbestos-free talc powder from the Wadi Allaqi deposits, Aswan — ground and classified to the particle size each application needs.
Products
Two minerals, specified by d50 and d97.
Standard grades from 5 µm to 40 µm d50; other particle sizes and customer-specific grades on request, subject to technical feasibility.

Ground calcium carbonate
Uncoated · 99 % CaCO3 · whiteness 92–95 %
High-purity limestone powder from Beni Khaled and Samalout, Minya — for paints and coatings, PVC and plastics, paper, rubber, adhesives, sealants and construction materials.
GCC grades and analysis
Talc powder
Asbestos-free (tested) · Grade 2 and Grade 3
Talc from the Wadi Allaqi deposits, Aswan — for paints and coatings, plastics, ceramics, rubber and other formulations where talc is used as a functional filler.
Talc grades and analysisOur sources
Selected Egyptian deposits, ground in Aswan.
Talc — Wadi Allaqi, Aswan. Sourced from the talc deposits of Wadi Allaqi in the South Eastern Desert of Egypt. The deposits are hosted in ultramafic rocks of the Arabian-Nubian Shield and were formed by hydrothermal alteration of serpentinites.
Calcium carbonate — Beni Khaled & Samalout, Minya. Produced from the Eocene limestone of Beni Khaled and Samalout in Minya Governorate; the finished powder analyses at 99 % CaCO3 (± 0.2 %).
With more than three years of operating experience, the division combines these raw materials with controlled grinding and classification — for reliable finished-product quality, specification flexibility, competitive pricing and traceable sourcing.

Applications
Fillers for the industries that need consistency.
Ground calcium carbonate and talc are functional fillers and coating extenders: they set opacity, brightness, stiffness and cost in the final formulation.
- Paints and coatings — both act as extenders that improve opacity, TiO2 spacing and durability; talc adds anti-settling and rheology control.
- PVC and plastics — GCC adds stiffness, impact strength and cost efficiency; talc reinforces polypropylene and improves dimensional stability. For masterbatch, the grade is matched to the required top cut (d97).
- Paper — GCC as a filler for brightness and printability; talc supports pitch control and smoothness.
- Rubber — both act as semi-reinforcing fillers that improve hardness, tensile strength and processing.
- Adhesives and sealants — GCC provides body, whiteness and cost control; talc improves sag resistance and reinforcement.
- Ceramics — talc is a key flux in wall-tile bodies and sanitaryware; GCC serves as a filler in glazes and bodies.
- Construction materials — GCC in joint compounds, putties and dry-mix formulations.
